Total count of typed queries successfully responded by the bot.

Not Handled queries

Total number of typed queries where the bot was unable to find the answer.

Handled message % (typed queries)

Ratio of Handled queries & Total typed queries.

Bot message count

Total messages sent by the bot in the selected time period.

Please note that a single user message can trigger multiple bot responses. Additionally, in certain cases, such as notifications, the bot may respond without a preceding user message.

Total interactions

Total interactions with the bot include typed queries, survey responses, button clicks, and other similar activities, but exclude 'message seen' events in the selected time period. 

Peak usage time

Hour of the day with maximum interactions by the users in the selected time period.
