Data Sets
Function: The data ingestion pipeline, responsible for receiving ticket data from various sources, including:
- Leena AI Case Management System (Helpdesk)
- External Case/Service Management System (Servicenow, JIRA, Summit etc)
- Process: Performs data validation and transformation to ensure consistency and suitability for further analysis by Helpdesk Insights.
- Output: Stores the transformed data in a format optimised for efficient processing by other modules.
- We term them as “Data Sources” with regards to Helpdesk Insights literature.
