Predefined Audiences

• Everyone - Total unique users to whom Leena AI is authorized to send notifications in your organization

• Acquired - Total unique users who have at least sent 1 message to your company’s Leena AI virtual assistant

• Non-Acquired - Total unique users who have not sent any message to your company’s Leena AI virtual assistant

  

Creating an Audience

The New Audience group can be created by going to “Hamburger Menu>>Settings>>Audience>>Create Audience“.

Click on Create Audience

If you create your audience using “Add users” or “Upload users”, it will be static in nature. This means the new users need to be manually added to the list.

• For uploading users, Download Template >> Fill the template >> Upload Users

• For Add more users, you can search by name or email addresses

  

It is recommended to create audience using “Make Custom Group”. This will be dynamic in nature meaning the new users matching the defined criteria will be automatically added to the list.

• They can be selected by filtering employees based on conditions, such as by Leena AI Channel, department, date of joining, etc.

• More than one condition can be combined in order to create a group of the audience using “AND”, “OR”

  

Once an audience is saved, it is visible in the listing in the Audience Dashboard.
