Web-view Configurations (Admin)

Administrators can customize the default workflow web-views — what each tile is called, what the search bar says, which labels columns use, and which extra details and filters users see. All of it lives in one place: Workflows dashboard › Settings › Web-view Configurations.

Four web-views are configurable: Applications, My-tasks, My-items, and Draft Requests / Pending Submissions. Each exposes the options below; changes apply to the web-view for all users.

Limits & dependencies

Tile labels allow up to 20 characters; column labels (like "Workflow name & Item code") allow up to 25. Both accept & and -.

Turning Show additional information off also disables the filters that depend on those details (for example, the Tags filter).

Applications web-view
