Use case

1. It is required to make changes to the default workflows web-view & allow user to make label changes or show/hide additional information.
2. Admin/s can make these changes from the Settings section under Workflows dashboard.

What changes can be done under Applications web-view:

1. Change Tile Label: Users can customize the tile label with a maximum of 20 characters, including special characters & and -.
2. Change App Name (Column): App names can be customized with up to 25 characters, with the same special character allowances.
3. Enable/Disable Additional Information: Users can choose to hide additional information under the web-view.
4. Enable/Disable Filters: If additional information is disabled, tags will automatically be disabled as well.

What changes can be done under My-tasks web-view:

1. Change Tile Label: Customize with a 20-character limit, including & and -.
2. Change App Name & Item Code (Column): Customizable up to 25 characters.
3. Change Current Task Label: Users can modify the label with up to 20 characters.
4. Enable/Disable Additional Information: Users have the option to hide additional information.
5. Enable/Disable Filters: If additional information is disabled, tags will also be disabled. Task types are enabled by default.

What changes can be done under My-items web-view:

1. Change Tile Label: Customizable up to 20 characters.
2. Change App Name & Item Code (Column): Customizable up to 25 characters.
3. Enable/Disable Additional Information: Users can hide additional information.
4. Enable/Disable Filters: If additional information is hidden, tags will be disabled by default. Status, initiated by, and app name are enabled by default.

What changes can be done under Draft Requests/Pending Submissions web-view:

1. Change App Name & Item Code (Column): Users can customize labels with up to 25 characters.
2. Enable/Disable Additional Information: Users can opt to hide additional information.
3. Change App Description and Tags: Labels for app description and tags can also be customised.
