Navigation & Menu

While the conversation is the main way for users to interact with the virtual assistant and derive value, we also provide button/text based navigation for quick access for common use cases/capabilities.

The left menu can contain following three kind of links which can also be grouped for better readability

  1. Important Webviews like policy hub, ticket status, employee directory
  2. Popular automation workflows like fetching payslip, raising a ticket, software installation
  3. External Links relevant to the enterprise like intranet page or HRMS login

Bot Switcher - An enterprise can also choose to keep multiple virtual assistants for their employees based on different capabilties (example: IT vs HR). These are accessible as icons on extreme left.

Please note: The options present in both menu are configurable by client admin and based on the enterprise requirement
