Pinning Articles in Policy Hub

KM Admins can now pin important policies in the "Policy Hub" or "KM Webview" to highlight key or recently updated articles for employees. This ensures that critical information is easily accessible and visible at the top of the hub.

Key Enhancements

Pin Articles from KM Dashboard: Admins can select and pin policies under “Bot Settings” using a dropdown list of articles (along with their audience).
Targeted Visibility: Pinned articles are displayed only for the relevant audience.
Prominent Display: The pinned articles appear at the top of the Policy Hub, making them easy to find.
Real-Time Updates: Any changes to pinned articles are reflected instantly across all employee bots.

Note: This feature is only available in the web app channel and the web app within MS Teams.
