Sending Notifications

The system apprises the user of any reminders, communication from other people, or other timely information and notifications from the app through an email. Users can tap the notification from the email to open the app and take an action.

Here are some instances when a user will get notified: 

• When an action is assigned to the user by someone else.
• When an action assigned by the user is closed.
• When an action assigned to the user is closed by the creator.
• When an action assigned to the user crosses the due date.
• When an action created by the user crosses the due date.
• When a comment is added to an action assigned or created by the user.
• When a comment is added to a note created by the user.
• When an action is reassigned to another user.
