Multi Filter based Article Generation

Currently, the HI Dashboard offers a single data source containing all closed and open tickets. This can be overwhelming for users with diverse account departments or other attributes

Whats' new

We have developed a provision that allows HI Dashboard Users to select and configure multiple data filters based on departments or in future any new filters/categories. This will enable the creation of logically distinct pools of tickets, facilitating targeted KA application.

Dashboard user can even facilitate the selection of Segment and Audience in Knowledge Management, while trying to push the Generated Insights to it.
