Users can view all tickets raised by them or where they are added as a watcher in a single place.

Tickets List Page

  • Use the dashboard to understand the status for each ticket
  • Users can search for a specific ticket using the search bar and filters
  • The dashboard contains the category, description and date to identify tickets without opening


Ticket Details Page

  • Users can also enter specific tickets to view more details, see activity and add comments
  • Users also get an option to add rating for closed tickets from the same screen
