Flows/Activities

Flows/Activities for the Onboarding journey relate to the flow of tasks/activities which needs to be completed for the candidate to get successfully onboarded.

These can be configured at the backend, on the basis of certain conditions. For instance, different onboarding flows and activities would be applicable for different departments/segments of new employees/candidates.

There are primarily three types of tasks/activities:

1. Notifications: These include all the notifications that the candidate/new employee receives via Leena AI’s virtual assistant (chatbot) or email. Notifications such as introduction emails and company resources can be triggered by creating an activity.

2. Tasks: These include all the form-related tasks for the candidate. Activities such as filling out the personal details forms and finance details forms can be configured as a Task.

3. Tickets: These include all the activities/action items that your internal stakeholders complete. Tasks such as creating MS Teams/Slack accounts, setting up the email ID, and sending the welcome kit for the candidate, can be categorized as tickets. The status of completion of these tickets can be tracked easily on the helpdesk dashboard as well.
