Notification Dashboard - Overview

Notification Dashboard can help you in the following processes:

• Send one-time notification: You can send an immediate notification or schedule at a particular time on both Leena AI Virtual Assistant Channels and Emails
• Analyze sent notifications: You can see and analyze your employee engagement with the sent notifications over a variety of metrics like sent, delivered, read, and interactions. Furthermore, you can download/export the data for offline analysis.
• Multimedia supported: You can add a variety of multimedia like images, GIFs, documents, and videos. You can add external links and internal links (within your Leena AI virtual assistant)
• View all created notifications at one place: Any notification you create via our dashboard will be available at all the time. You can also filter them based on various parameters like created by, created on, etc.
• Flexible audience selection: You can use pre-defined audiences like Everyone, Acquired, Non-acquired, or choose to create custom audiences based on manual uploads as well as user parameter based filters.
