Bot users are end users who can access the virtual assistant of Leena AI via any channel such as, Web application, Mobile application, Desktop application, Slack, MS Teams, Hangouts etc.

Adding Bot Users

• You can navigate to the Bot Users tab under Settings to add bot users.

  
  

• Adding bot users one at a time: Click on ‘Add Users’ button to start adding a bot user. The Employee Code and Email are two unique and default attributes of the bot user.

  
  

• Bulk Import: Click on ‘Bulk Invite’ button to download the template and upload the filled template.

  
  

Actions against a created bot user

By clicking on flutter (three horizontal dots) icon next to a bot user, you can deactivate (revoke the access) of the bot user or edit the information mapped to the bot user ID.
