Who can access the module?

Anyone who has analytics admin rights can access the module.

Can we configure custom reports on the module?

Not at the moment, but we are working on it. Soon you will be able to configure your own reports on the platform.

Is it limited to just bot analytics now?

Currently, we have only bot-related metrics on the platform, but we are in the process of adding metrics related to other modules like ticketing, notifications, knowledge management, etc.

Can we download a data dump?

Yes, you can download the data from the platform in an excel format.

Are the filters configurable?

Absolutely, we can configure the filters based on your requirements.
