Who can access the module?

Anyone who has analytics admin rights can access the module.

Is it limited to just bot analytics now?

Currently, we have only bot-related metrics on the platform, but we are in the process of adding metrics related to other modules like ticketing, notifications, knowledge management, etc.

Can we download a data dump?

Yes, you can download the data from the platform in an excel format.

Are the filters configurable?
