Article Status in Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management Article Status

Any article in Leena AI’s knowledge management (KM) solution lives in one of the below statuses based on the scenarios defined.


Article Statuses

  • New

    • Any Gen AI article added from Helpdesk Insights.
    • Any smart answers added in Helpdesk.
  • Draft

    • Any newly created article that is still in edit mode.
    • Any published article that is in edit mode.
    • Any smart answers in edit mode.
  • In Review

    • Any article or smart answer moved for review from draft mode.
  • Published

    • Any article which is published after being approved by the approver in the review state.
  • Archive

    • Any article which is archived will be shelved.

Note on Archiving: There is currently no option to retrieve archived articles. Retrieval is a part of the roadmap. All CMS users who archive files right now will be able to retrieve them later.
