For the transactions enabled by the client admin for Leena AI, users can simply type the query in the virtual assistant to initiate the transaction.

Example: Software Installation

1. Type in ‘I want to install a software’ on the chat
2. Click on the link provided.
3. On the form, you need to select the software from the list along with justification and click on submit.
4. Post that, system will check your admin permissions and if validated, will start the software installation.
