Audience Reports in KM

We can now download audience reports directly from the KM dashboard. These reports provide three types of data:

• Audience details and their associated filters
• Audience user email lists
• Articles where the audiences are being used

You have the flexibility to download reports for all audiences collectively or for individual audiences as needed.

Note: These reports will be downloaded directly from the UI and will not be sent over email.
