Scheduled report for failed requests

Overview

The Scheduled Reports feature introduces comprehensive daily reporting capabilities for workflow failures, providing stakeholders with timely insights into application-level issues.

Key Features

App-Level Settings

  • New settings section introduced for each application
  • Includes:
    • Global Constants
    • Scheduled Reports configuration

Reporting Mechanism

  • Daily automated reports for action/async callback node failures
  • Granular reporting with specific configuration options

Reporting Configurations

Failure Reporting Scope

  • Captures failures for nodes with configuration defining the request as failed if the node fails.
  • Triggers separate reports for each application.
  • Reports generated only when failures are present.

Report Trigger Options

Enable Failure Logs Report

  • Boolean Configuration: Enable/Disable reporting

Report Timing

  • Default Trigger Time: 10:00 AM (Application-specific time-zone)
  • Time Format: Twelve-hour format
  • Configurable trigger time per application

Report Recipients

The user can select one of the 2 types of recipients:

  • Workflow Admin/s: All the users which are Workflows admin
  • Specific Emails: Add multiple emails of the recipients.
