Clusters & Cluster Snapshots

Function: It is the brain behind Helpdesk Insights to handle:

  • Cluster Creation & Updates: Manages the creation, modification/update and deletion of ticket clusters.
  • Cluster Information Storage: Stores crucial cluster details, such as:
  • Ticket IDs belonging to each cluster
  • Common agent responses identified within the cluster
  • Department-wise distribution of tickets within the cluster
  • NLP Integration: Communicates with the Natural Language Processing (NLP) module to perform incremental updates based on new incoming closed tickets data.
  • Latest Response Storage: Stores the most recent NLP analysis results in the active cluster database.
