Clusters & Cluster Snapshots
Function: It is the brain behind Helpdesk Insights to handle:
- Cluster Creation & Updates: Manages the creation, modification/update and deletion of ticket clusters.
- Cluster Information Storage: Stores crucial cluster details, such as:
- Ticket IDs belonging to each cluster
- Common agent responses identified within the cluster
- Department-wise distribution of tickets within the cluster
- NLP Integration: Communicates with the Natural Language Processing (NLP) module to perform incremental updates based on new incoming closed tickets data.
- Latest Response Storage: Stores the most recent NLP analysis results in the active cluster database.
