Email logs
Email logs records every email Leena AI has sent and what happened to it, so you can confirm a message went out and trace it if it didn't arrive.

Where to find it
Open the Admin Console, then go to Logs → Email Logs.
The log
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Subject | The subject line of the message |
| From | The sender address |
| To | The recipient |
| Service | Which provider sent it |
| Sent at | When Leena AI dispatched it |
| Delivered at | When the provider confirmed delivery |
| Tags | Tags carried by the message |
A row with a Sent at but no Delivered at is the signature of a message that left Leena AI and then stalled at the provider or the receiving server — which distinguishes a delivery problem from a sending one.
Delivery statuses
Filter the log by status to isolate a delivery problem:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processed | Accepted by the provider and queued |
| Delivered | Accepted by the recipient's mail server |
| Opened | The recipient opened the message |
| Bounced | The recipient's server rejected it |
| Dropped | The provider didn't attempt delivery — commonly because the address is suppressed |
| Failed | Sending failed |
Dropped usually means blacklistedA dropped message often means the address is on the suppression list from an earlier bounce or complaint. Check Logs → Blacklist — the address will be there with the provider event explaining why, and no amount of resending will get through until it's whitelisted.
Bounced and Dropped are the two statuses worth watching in volume. A rising bounce rate signals stale addresses in your employee data, and it damages your sending reputation well before anyone reports a missing email.
