KM Connector Sync Logs
Overview
This document outlines the 'Connector Sync Logs' feature, designed to enhance KM users' visibility into the syncing status of articles from connectors (Sharepoint, GoogleDrive, Confluence etc) to Leena AI. By providing detailed insights into the sync process between the connector and the knowledge management dashboard, this feature aims to improve transparency and empower users to manage their content efficiently.
Who Can Access "Connector Sync Logs"
Connector sync logs will be available only to KM admins.
How to Access "Connector Sync Logs"
Users can navigate to the sync logs page in the KM dashboard and select the 'Connector sync logs' tab.
Components of Connector Sync Logs

Triggered at: The date and time stamp at which the article sync was triggered from the connector to Leena KM.

Triggered by: The dashboard user(s) who triggered the sync.
- For articles that get synced daily or on a pre-defined frequency, the trigger by will be "System (Automatic sync)".

Sync status: There can be 4 sync statuses - Pending, In-Progress, Successful, and Failed.
- For failed cases, users can contact the Leena admin.

Sync Steps: By clicking on any row, users can also view the status of different steps involved in the sync process.

Articles: The articles which got synced. Users can also check the article details by clicking on the article number.

Note: Once the connector sync is successful, all the published articles will be synced with the virtual assistant. Users can track their progress in "Article sync logs" (Refer here for more information on 'Article sync logs').
