Re-triggering an activity

The admin/agent can re-trigger the previously triggered activities for an ‘In Progress’ candidate. The types of activities that can be retriggered are ‘Notifications’ and ‘Tickets’.

  • Navigate to the ‘Activities’ tab for a particular candidate.

  • Click on the ‘retrigger’ option against a ticket/notification type of activity.

  • The ‘Task’ type of activities (Allocating assets - IT team, Payroll information - Finance, etc.) are triggered for the candidate from the start of the onboarding journey. Hence, only the ‘In Progress’ tasks/activities for the submission of forms, can be asked for resubmission.

Skipping an upcoming activity

The admin/agent can skip an upcoming activity for a candidate whose onboarding is in progress.

Navigate to the candidate’s profile, and mark ‘upcoming’ tasks as skipped, by selecting ‘Skip this step’.
