App creation config: Associated Audience

An application can be via web-hook, via chatbot (through Anonymous Agents) & manually for the user.
'Associated Audience' allows us to enable an application for specific users (bot users), in case the user initiates an application manually.
'Associated Audience' configuration options are as follows:
1. Everyone: An application is enabled for all the bot users
2. Audience: An application can be enabled for the bot users associated with a specific Audience
  1. An audience is created centrally & at a platform level
  2. Only 'Global Settings' admin can create & manage Audience
