Employee Directory

Despite working for a large team with numerous functions and teams, users can now easily navigate and identify specific peers that they need to work by turning the employee directory functionality on. The same can be accessed via an option provided in side menu or menu presented while conversing with the virtual assistant.



Key features

  • The directory is pulled via connection from the enterprise HCMS tool (like Workday, SAP Successfactors, UKG etc)

  • The employee directory can render as web-view within the virtual assistant to provide an integrated experience.


  • The employee details page allows users to view the manager and reportee(s) of the employee. Users can also choose to view the corresponding organization chart.

  • You can also award badges to your peers and view the badges they have already been awarded building a healthy and competitive working environment.
