Raise Tickets

Users can raise a ticket via the virtual assistant simply by requesting the bot to raise ticket conversationally. The assistant will automatically attach category and priority to the issue based on the description and raise ticket post confirmation from the user. In case anything needs to be edited, that can also be done conversationally.


Users can further interact with the bot to make changes to the ticket conversationally and then submit once satisfied.


Alternatively, user can raise ticket using the raise ticket button on the left. It will open a form to get the desired fields as input.
