Sessions

A session is defined as a period during which a user is active. The session is considered closed if there is no interaction with the bot for more than 30 minutes.

Effective sessions

A session is considered effective if there is atleast one handled query during the session. 

Abandoned sessions

A session is considered abandoned if there is no handled query during the session.

Please note that events such as URL button clicks and webview openings are always considered handled. Therefore, sessions with at least one such event will remain effective. Additionally, 'message seen' events are not included in session calculations if any other types of events are present in the session.

Average session time

The average duration between the first and last interactions of a user's session.

Average time between sessions

Average time between sessions indicates the typical interval between user sessions in the given time period.

Average interactions per session

Average interactions per session is defined as the total number of interactions by all users divided by the total number of sessions within the given time period.
