Global Search in Webview

Overview

This document outlines the enhancements made to the search functionality in the KM web-view (Policy Hub) in the virtual assistant (bot). Previously, searches were limited to article names. The updated search now includes article content, article name, and folder name, providing a more comprehensive and efficient search experience to the end users.

How to Search

Navigate to the Policy Hub from the side menu or main menu (as per configuration) and use the search bar in the top-left section of the page.

Users will have to type at-least 3 characters to retrieve the search results.
