App Migrate & Clone options

Against an application, a user can leverage 'Clone' and 'Migrate' options.

Only a workflow admin can leverage the 'Clone' & 'Migrate' options.

The two operations against an application allow the workflow admin to:

1. Clone: Clone an application and create a new cloned application.
2. Migrate: Migrate an application from one bot to another. The bots should be part of the same cluster.

You can choose to clone or migrate any application, irrespective of the status.
