Accessing Your Sandbox Environment
The Leena AI Sandbox is a dedicated training environment where your team can explore and practice building AI Colleagues, Workflows, and Knowledge configurations — without affecting your production setup.
How It Works
Step 1: Master Account Setup (IT Admin)
Your IT Admin configures a Master Account that serves as the baseline for all trainee environments. This includes setting up connectors for:
- Knowledge — Connect relevant knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Workday Help Articles) that trainees will use during training.
- Workflows — Set up workflow connectors and integrations trainees need for hands-on practice.
The Master Account acts as a template. Every trainee account provisioned from it will inherit these connectors automatically.
Step 2: Submit a Training Request
Once the Master Account is ready, submit a training request to Leena AI with the following details:
- Full name of each trainee
- Email address of each trainee
Leena AI will provision individual Trainee Accounts based on the Master Account configuration. Each trainee account comes with all connectors from the Master Account pre-configured — no additional setup needed on the trainee's end.
Step 3: Receive Welcome Email
Each trainee receives a welcome email containing:
- Their login credentials (email and temporary password)
- A link to the sandbox environment
Step 4: Log In to the Sandbox
Visit sandbox.leena.ai and log in using the credentials from your welcome email.
Step 5: Complete Initial Setup
After logging in for the first time, you'll be guided through a brief setup wizard to finalize your sandbox configuration. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this step.
Step 6: Access the Virtual Assistant
Once setup is complete, you'll land on the dashboard. To start interacting with the bot:
- Look for the "Access Virtual Assistant" button on the top-left corner of the dashboard.
- Click it to open the bot and begin exploring.
Step 7: Add Users & Start Exploring
From within the sandbox, trainees can:
- Add more users to the bot to simulate real-world scenarios with multiple employees.
- Test AI Colleague responses, try out different conversation flows, and experiment with configurations.
- Build and modify Workflows to understand automation capabilities.

FAQs
Can trainees modify connectors in their sandbox? Yes, trainees have the ability to modify connectors. However, this is not recommended — the connectors configured in the Master Account are set up to provide the intended training experience.
Is sandbox data separate from production? Yes. The sandbox is a fully isolated environment. Nothing trainees do in the sandbox affects your production instance.
How many trainees can be provisioned? There is no fixed limit. Include all trainee details in your training request, and Leena AI will provision accounts accordingly.
