FAQs
Answers to common questions about the Unified Dashboard.
Access
Why can't I see a module my colleague can see?
Modules, pages and actions depend on the roles your admin gives you, and on the bot you're in. Check that you're in the same bot as your colleague, under Available bots in your profile menu. If you are, ask your admin to check your roles in Admin console → Dashboard users. See Dashboard users.
Why is Settings missing from a module's side menu?
The module has no settings, or your roles don't let you change them.
A bot I need isn't in my Available bots list. What do I do?
Ask an admin of that bot to add you as a dashboard user.
Why did a link a colleague shared not open?
Every page belongs to a bot. You need access to that bot, and to that page, to open it. If you have more than one account, check you're signed in with the right one.
Signing in
Which email do I sign in with?
Your work email, the one your admin used when they added you as a dashboard user.
I didn't get an activation or reset email. What now?
Check your spam folder. Reset links can be requested again from Forgot password?. For a new activation link, try to sign in, and the dashboard emails you one, or ask your admin to send a new invite.
Why am I asked to choose a region?
Your account exists in more than one region. Choose the one your company's Leena AI is hosted in, or ask your admin.
Why am I asked for a 6-digit code?
You opened a dashboard link from IBM watsonx Orchestrate. Leena AI emails you a code to confirm it's you. Enter it to sign in. Codes work for 10 minutes. If yours has expired, select Send a new code.
I keep getting signed out. Why?
Sessions end after a set time for security. Watch for the session banner and select Re-authenticate to extend your session without losing your work. Also, if someone signs in with another account in the same browser, your other tabs ask you to reload or sign out.
Getting around
Which module opens when I sign in?
The one you last used on that bot. If you haven't used one yet, your bot's default module opens, or the first module you have access to.
How do I know if I'm in staging or production?
Outside production, a Staging, UAT or Pre-Prod label appears next to the module name. No label means you're in production.
Why don't I see Notifications, Help and Guide in the header?
On a narrower window they're grouped under ☰. Notifications appears only in Helpdesk, Knowledge management, Onboarding and Offboarding, and Help only if your company has it turned on.
Where's the search box?
On a narrower window, it's the 🔍 icon in the header. Not every module has header search, but most lists have their own search box.
Help
Where do I get help with the dashboard?
Select Help in the header to search guides and FAQs, or Guide to open the user guide for the module you're in. You can also raise a ticket with Leena AI support from Help. See Search, help and Forge.
Is a ticket raised from Help the same as a Helpdesk ticket?
No. Tickets raised from Help go to Leena AI's support team, about the product. Tickets in the Helpdesk module are your company's own employee tickets.
What is Forge?
An AI assistant built into the dashboard, currently in beta. Ask it about the page you're on, or for help with tasks such as building AI Colleagues or connecting knowledge.
Your profile
How do I change the dashboard's language?
Open your profile menu and select Change language. It's shown when your company allows more than one language.
Why can't I change my password?
Your company signs in with SSO, Google or Microsoft, so there's no dashboard password. Contact your admin or IT team.
How do I stop receiving live chats?
Open your profile menu and select Set yourself as Offline.
