Use case/Problem statement

Workflows designed which have multiple manual steps (approval/input), might get stuck on specific assignee/s. In such a scenario, admins & agents with the access of reports need an explicit option to nudge assignee/s to complete task.

Specifications

1. Only for In-progress items/requests, the option for Nudge would be visible.

2. For the In-progress tasks (Input/Approval) within the items/requests, Nudge option would be visible.

3. The notification would be triggered to the assignee/s same as the task assignment notification.
