Desktop App

Leena AI virtual assistant can also be accessed via a desktop application on Windows. Customers can choose to install the desktop application via an installer provided by Leena AI. There can be two types of desktop application

• Common App: Has the standard Leena AI logo and features. But users can benefit from getting all updates automatically without waiting for their admin to push the new version on their desktops.
• Custom App: Allows enterprises to personalize the desktop application (name, logo etc). However, this leads to a custom build in case of updates that can be pushed by the admin to all users via an endpoint agent like Intune, Leena AI Device Genie etc.

In both cases, the customer admin can view the updated builds and the corresponding release notes on the admin dashboard within Settings -> Channels -> Windows App Setup

Please note: The application is mandatory to be installed on all devices to enable use cases related to Leena AI device genie as it comes pre-packaged with the desktop application.
